The Journey
This coaching journey is designed to guide you through the process of profound transformation, moving from confusion and fear to clarity and empowerment. It will provide you with the tools, insights, and support to overcome obstacles, heal past wounds, and confidently move forward in creating the life you desire.
On this journey with me, there is a learning part and an inspired action part that comes soon after. First you discover what the universal law of attraction is and how it can be specifically applied to any part of your life. You will become aware of the creation process and how to open yourself to receive.
Discovery Session
Purpose: To see if we are a good coach and client relationship fit.
Goal: To get clarity on the primary area in life you want to experience positive
change.
- Introduction to the Law of Creation framework (7 Steps of Creation).
- Introduction to the Law of Attraction and how it is connected to the Law of
Creation framework. - Exploration of the client’s current life situation (starting a family, career
shift, relationship changes). - Identify specific desires for change and areas of struggle (e.g., limiting
beliefs or past trauma). - Discuss existing emotional blocks or fears and set intentions for the
upcoming weeks. - Establish trust and create a safe space for transformation.
Focus (Week 1)
Purpose: To set a crystal-clear focus on the desired change or outcome.
Goal: Cultivate laser focus on what you want to create in your life without distraction from old limiting beliefs.
- Develop a strong intention to direct energy toward the desired transformation.
- Uncover specific goals (career change, meeting a new partner, starting a family) and how they align with the individual’s values.
- Understand the power of setting intention energetically.
- Practice setting focused, positive intentions.
- Identify and release using specific tools, any
resistance to focusing or narrowing down your goals.
Substance (Week 2)
Purpose: To understand the substance or energy that will fuel the desired outcome during your creation process.
Goal: Build a deep inner foundation of self-love, trust, and confidence that aligns
with your desired change.
- Recognizing your core values, strengths, and inner resources that support your journey.
- Explore how to embody personal power and confidence to attract desired outcomes.
- Identify and release any negative or limiting beliefs around worthiness or capability.
- Learn practices of self-empowerment and
affirmation.
Form (Week 3)
Purpose: To begin shaping the tangible, physical steps toward transformation.
Goal: Establish a clear action plan and begin taking intentional steps toward the change.
- Define what “form” looks like in practical terms: the steps, actions, and plans needed to manifest change.
- Break down the goals into manageable, actionable pieces (e.g., preparing for a new career, steps to dating, or taking steps to start a family).
- Identify and release any subconscious blocks from past experiences, relationships, or trauma that might hinder progress.
- Explore visualizations or manifestation techniques to
solidify change.
Determination (Week 4)
Purpose: To explore the reasons why you desire the specific outcome. To cultivate unwavering determination and the resilience to face challenges that appear on the way.
Goal: Strengthen commitment to the process and develop the courage to move forward despite challenges.
- Understand the reason why you want to create an experience. The bigger the why, the stronger the attraction.
- Explore the energy and mindset of perseverance.
- Identify and release any negative or limiting beliefs around worthiness or capability.
- Practice overcoming obstacles and shifting mindset through affirmations, visualization, and reframing limiting beliefs.
- Learn strategies for self-discipline and keeping
motivated during tough times.
Understanding (Week 5)
Purpose: To gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the universal laws that govern transformation.
Goal: Achieve greater emotional balance, self-acceptance, and understanding of how personal growth is unfolding.
- Reflect on the process so far: and what you have learned about themselves, your desires, and what is blocking you.
- Emphasize emotional healing and self-compassion, especially when navigating painful past experiences or unresolved issues (e.g., from a divorce or family stress).
- Identify any fear of failure or resistance to commitment.
- Introduce mindfulness or meditation practices for connecting with deeper wisdom.
- Cultivate a mindset of “trusting the process” and surrendering the need for control.
Imagination (Week 6)
Purpose: To embrace creativity, expansive thinking, and freedom in shaping the future.
Goal: Experience clarity and
alignment with your desired outcome.
- Receive guidance on how to tap into your imagination and visualize what their your new life looks and feels like.
- Break free from fear or limitation by connecting with your deeper soul desires and dreams.
- Practice using exercises to expand your vision beyond what you currently believe is possible.
Freedom (Weeks 7-12)
Purpose: Create an action plan with Johanne for 30 days to apply what you
learned and experience a sense of personal freedom.
Goal: Clear any obstacles, fine tune your frequency and keep moving forward by taking inspired action. Celebrate and experience joy and personal freedom in
creating the life of your dreams.
- Use the time together to track progress, celebrate wins.
- Learn how to fine tune your frequency.
- Incorporate group coaching or peer support to help share experiences, deepen community, and keep the momentum going.
